TERMS OF SERVICE
By Commissioning me, means that you have read and agree with the terms listed below.
PAYMENT
- 50% down payment must be given before I start working on the piece. The remaining 50% must be given once I finish the piece.CONDITIONS
- I have the right to reject commissions I deem inappropriate or too difficult for me to work on.
- I have the right to post or share the artwork on my social medias as commission samples, for portfolio, etc.REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Strictly NO refund or cancellation after a rough draft has already been sent and approved.DEADLINES AND RUSHED PIECES
- You MUST tell me before hand if there is a needed deadline for the piece so I can secure a priority slot. ($5 payment for rushed pieces)COMPLEXITY, ADDITIONAL CHARACTER, AND BACKROUND FEES
- In addition to the base price will be charged depending on how difficult the requested design/ background of the commission.
- Additional Characters will be priced the same as the first character. (Only applies to Flat/Simple Colored & Fully rendered pieces)ART USAGE
- Commissioned pieces is for PERSONAL use only, unless they were made to be used as a Commercial one. Thus, all commissioned pieces should not be distributed, or posted without crediting me.EDITS AND REVISIONS
- Edits and Revisions can be requested when I am still working on the rough sketch as long as the said edits will not make the requested piece difficult than what is agreed upon
(unless you are okay with an additional fee of $3)
